The hardest part of adopting hospital software isn’t the software, it’s the switch. Staff are busy, patients keep coming, and there’s no “pause” button on an OPD. So we treat onboarding as a real project, not a download link.
Step 1, Map & migrate
We start by understanding how your hospital actually works, then import your existing patients, services and users and configure OlivHealth to match those workflows. Nothing gets left behind, and staff recognise their own hospital in the system from day one.
Step 2, Train & pilot
Teams onboard in guided sessions and run a supervised pilot on a single department first. Problems surface where they’re cheap to fix, and a small group of confident users becomes the champions for everyone else.
Step 3, Go live & scale
Once the pilot is smooth, we roll out across departments with hands-on support at every step. “Live in weeks, not years” isn’t a slogan, it’s the natural result of never trying to boil the ocean on day one.
