Progress you can show the client
Weight, measurements and plan history in sequence — with packages billed properly and follow-ups that actually happen.
Nutrition practice lives and dies on adherence, and adherence depends on two things: the client seeing progress, and the client coming back. OlivHealth keeps measurements as a readable series so progress is visible rather than asserted, holds package money in a wallet that draws down correctly, and sends the follow-up reminders that keep a programme alive past week three.
Measurement tracking
Weight, BMI and measurements recorded each session and readable as a series.
Plan records
Diet plans and documents attached to the visit on one client chart.
Package wallet
Prepaid programmes held as wallet balance and settled session by session.
Session reminders
Automated prompts for the next session, which is what keeps a programme going.
Custom assessment forms
Build the intake and review forms your practice uses, versioned safely.
GST-ready billing
Correct document for consultation and for anything taxable you sell alongside it.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell a twelve-session package?
Yes. Take the payment into the client’s wallet and settle each session against it. The balance is always what is genuinely left, and a refund cannot exceed what was paid.
Can clients see their own progress?
They can sign in to the patient portal to see their visits and bills. Sharing the measurement series itself is something to walk through on the demo.
Can I design my own intake form?
Yes, from the shared field library, and versioned so improving it later leaves earlier records intact.
Does it work for an online-only practice?
The records, packages, billing and reminders all work regardless of where the session happens. Video consultation is not built in, so you would run the call on your own tool.
