These terms govern your use of the OlivHealth website and platform. By using them, you agree to what follows. OlivHealth is operated from Ajit Nagar, Rampura Phul, Bathinda, Punjab 151103, India. Questions go to [email protected].

The service

OlivHealth is a hospital management platform covering records, the outpatient queue, billing, payments and analytics. The exact modules, limits and pricing for your organisation are set out in your order or agreement with us.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your accounts, and for setting appropriate roles and permissions for your staff.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not:

• Attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code, or use the service to break the law.

Your data and patient data

You retain ownership of the data you and your staff put into OlivHealth, including patient records. For that data you act as the controller and we act as your processor: we handle it on your instructions to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the patient data you enter.

Fees

Pricing is quote-based and set out in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes. We will tell you before any change to your fees.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption. Any specific service levels, if agreed, are stated in your order.

Intellectual property

The OlivHealth platform, brand and software are ours. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service during your subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

OlivHealth is a management and record-keeping tool, not a substitute for clinical judgement. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your qualified staff. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement as described in your order. On termination we will, on request and within a reasonable period, make your data available for export before it is deleted in line with our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. We will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
