Every number that matters, in a line you can read
HbA1c, fasting and post-prandial sugars, weight and BMI across visits — with screening records that do not get skipped.
Diabetes care is measurement plus adherence, and both are follow-up problems. The patient who stops coming is the patient whose numbers you will not have. OlivHealth records the values as structured fields so the trend is legible, and drives review reminders off the appointment so lapsing patients are chased by the system rather than noticed by accident six months later.
Glycaemic trends
HbA1c, fasting and post-prandial values as structured fields, readable across visits.
Screening records
Foot, eye and renal screening captured on the form so the annual checks are part of the chart.
Weight and BMI
Anthropometry recorded each visit and readable as a series alongside the glycaemic numbers.
Medication history
The prescribing timeline on one chart, so titration and switches are traceable.
Follow-up reminders
Automated reminders for periodic reviews, sent from the appointment without anyone remembering.
Lab reports attached
Reports sit on the visit they belong to, in context with the numbers you entered.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I chart HbA1c over two years?
Yes, as long as it is entered as a field. Structured capture is what makes a trend readable later; free text cannot be charted.
Does it connect to a lab?
There is no lab interface today. Reports are attached to the visit as documents and key values are entered on the form. If a lab integration is essential for you, say so on the demo.
Can I build my own diabetes review form?
Yes. Forms are built from a shared field library per specialty and are versioned, so improving the form later does not damage older records.
How do reminders help with adherence?
They are scheduled off the appointment and sent on WhatsApp and SMS automatically, so the stable patient who feels fine still gets prompted to come back.
