A chart that follows the whole pregnancy
Antenatal visits in sequence, obstetric history where you can see it, and reminders that keep a schedule of visits on track.
Obstetric care is a schedule as much as a clinical record. A pregnancy is a defined series of visits with things that must be checked at each one, and the risk is not usually a missed diagnosis but a missed appointment. OlivHealth keeps antenatal visits on one chart in sequence and drives reminders off the appointment, so the schedule holds even when the clinic is busy.
Antenatal series
Visits through the pregnancy on one chart in order, with what was recorded at each.
Obstetric history
Structured history fields so the background is on the record rather than re-taken every consultation.
Scan reports attached
Ultrasound and lab reports on the visit they belong to, alongside the examination.
Visit reminders
Automated reminders ahead of each antenatal appointment, which is what actually protects the schedule.
Package billing
Antenatal packages taken as an advance into the patient wallet and settled visit by visit.
Privacy by role
Role-based access so gynaecological records are readable only by the staff who should read them.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I run an antenatal package across the pregnancy?
Yes. Take the package into the patient wallet and draw it down against each visit, with every movement recorded and refunds bounded by what was actually paid.
Does it handle deliveries and inpatient stay?
Not today. The system covers outpatient antenatal care, records and billing. Labour-room and inpatient ward management is not built, and if that is your core need you should know that before buying.
Can I keep gynaecology records restricted?
Yes. Permissions are per role and per hospital, down to individual actions, and access is written to an audit trail.
Can I customise the antenatal form?
Yes, and versioning means improving the form later never alters records already captured on an older version.
