The business side of your practice, handled
Appointments, the front desk, money in and money out, and a view of how the practice is actually doing — without four registers and a spreadsheet.
Clinical software helps the doctor. Practice management software helps everyone else: the person booking appointments, the person taking payment, the person chasing an advance, and the owner trying to work out whether last month was good. OlivHealth covers the operational half of a practice, so the front desk stops improvising and the owner stops reconstructing the month from memory.
Appointments
Book, reschedule, cancel, mark arrived or no-show, against real doctor availability rather than a guessed slot grid.
Front-desk queue
A live token queue the whole desk can see, so patients are called in a defensible order and nobody is quietly skipped.
Billing and receipts
Pick services, apply a discount, take payment, hand over a branded receipt. GST treatment is decided by the service, not by the person billing.
Patient wallet
Hold advances and package payments against the patient and draw them down visit by visit, with every movement recorded.
Reminders
WhatsApp and SMS reminders tied to the appointment, so fewer slots go empty and fewer follow-ups quietly lapse.
Owner reporting
What came in, what was refunded, what is outstanding and who did what — reconciled, and exportable when you need it elsewhere.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from just using a billing app?
A billing app raises invoices. Practice management also owns the appointment, the queue, the advance sitting in the wallet, the reminder that gets the patient back, and the reporting that ties it together. The point is that those stop being four disconnected tools.
Can I control what my staff can see?
Yes. Permissions are per role, per hospital, down to the individual action, so a receptionist can bill without seeing clinical records or organisation-wide figures.
Does it work for a single-doctor practice?
Yes, and it stays useful as you add doctors. The same queue, billing and wallet behave the same way whether there is one chair or fifteen.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Lists can be exported to CSV, filtered the way you are looking at them on screen, so your accountant gets exactly the slice they asked for.
