Procedures and follow-up on the same record
Endoscopy and day-procedure notes, symptom history in sequence, and reports that stay attached to the visit.
Gastroenterology mixes clinic work with day procedures, and the usual failure is that the two live in different places: the consultation in one record, the scope report in a folder on a machine. OlivHealth keeps the procedure note, the report and the follow-up consultation on the same patient chart, so the next visit begins with everything in front of you.
Procedure records
Endoscopy and day-procedure notes captured on the chart, with the report attached to the same visit.
Symptom history
Structured fields so the course of a complaint reads back across visits instead of being re-elicited.
Reports in context
Imaging, histopathology and lab reports attached where they belong.
Day-procedure billing
Procedures as priced services with the correct tax document and per-hospital numbering.
Packages and advances
Pre-procedure advances held in the patient wallet and settled against the bill.
Follow-up reminders
Automated WhatsApp and SMS prompts for surveillance and review visits.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Can endoscopy reports be stored against the patient?
Yes, as documents attached to the visit. There is no direct interface to endoscopy hardware, so the report is uploaded rather than pulled automatically.
Does it handle day-care procedures?
Yes for the record and the billing. Procedures are priced services billed against the visit. Inpatient admission and ward management are not built.
Can I take an advance before a scope?
Yes. It goes into the patient wallet and is settled against the bill, with a refund never able to exceed what was received.
Can I build my own procedure note?
Yes, from the shared field library, and versioned so changing it later leaves past notes untouched.
