A cardiac chart built for the long follow-up
Blood pressure, weight, lipids and medication across years — readable as a trend, not as forty separate visits.
Cardiology is a specialty of long relationships. The patient you saw today you will see for a decade, and the useful question is almost always what changed. OlivHealth keeps vitals, risk factors, reports and medication on one continuous chart, so the trend is in front of you in the consulting room instead of being reconstructed from a file the patient carried in.
Structured vitals
Blood pressure, pulse, weight and risk factors as real fields, which is what makes a trend possible.
Investigations on the chart
ECG, echo and lipid reports attached to the visit, not filed in a folder somewhere else.
Cardiology forms
Consultation templates built for cardiac history and examination, versioned so changing the form never rewrites old notes.
Medication over time
The full prescribing history on one timeline, so dose changes are traceable.
Review reminders
Scheduled reminders for periodic reviews, sent automatically from the appointment.
Package billing
Take a package or an advance into the patient wallet and settle it visit by visit, with refunds bounded by what was paid.
Go live ABDM-enabled from day one
Every practice we onboard goes live ABDM-enabled — create and verify a patient’s ABHA at registration, and let their records follow them across the health system on their consent. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate project or an extra module to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see a patient’s blood pressure trend across visits?
Yes, provided it is captured as a field rather than typed into free text. That is exactly why the forms are structured — free-text notes cannot be read back as a series.
Do you integrate with ECG or echo machines?
Not directly. Reports are attached to the visit as documents. If device integration is a hard requirement, raise it on the demo rather than assuming it.
Can I customise the consultation form?
Yes, and safely. Forms are versioned, so publishing a new version applies to new visits while historical encounters keep rendering as they were captured.
Does it handle cardiac packages?
Yes. Advances and package payments sit in the patient wallet and are drawn down against later bills, with every movement recorded.
