A skin clinic, an eye hospital and a maternity centre do not fill the same forms. Most hospital software pretends otherwise, ships one rigid template, and leaves you to work around it. We took the opposite view.
A visual builder, owned by your hospital
OlivHealth includes a visual template builder. You compose the fields your department actually uses, text, numbers, dropdowns, checkboxes, field groups, and clinical composites like visual acuity, and publish them as forms your staff fill during a visit. The catalog of field types is rich enough for real clinical charting, and the forms belong to your hospital, not to a generic default.
Carry forward, don’t re-type
Doctors shouldn’t retype last visit’s findings. OlivHealth can import a patient’s earlier record into the form being filled, either the whole record of the same form type, or just the fields shared with another form. Import only ever pre-fills the open form; nothing is saved until the clinician reviews and confirms, so there’s no way for a bad copy to silently corrupt a record.
Structured means searchable
Because fields are structured rather than free-text blobs, records stay searchable and auditable, and documents can be generated from them later. Flexibility and structure usually pull against each other, the template system is how we get both.
